Our Vision

To Empower Students Transition into LEADERS who will Transform Africa

Our Mission

  1. EMPOWERING them to TRANSITION well from Secondary Education to Tertiary Education and to their Professional Careers
  2. EMPOWERING them to TRANSFORM AFRICA by exerting intentional influence within the 7 Spheres of Transformation (Family; Economy; Government; Education; Media; Arts and Culture; Religion)

 

The Contextual Need

  1. 60% of the African population is below the age of 24
  2. The median age in Africa is 19 years old
  3.  Throughput percentage of universities is below 30%
  4. Africa has an inexperienced and unskilled workforce that is entering challenging leadership positions at a young age.
  5. THEY NEED TO BE PREPARED WELL TO LEAD WELL!

 

Our Values:

  1. Transformational growth including spiritual, emotional, intellectual and cultural growth

What do we do?

We are developing four programs that is implemented to fulfill our purpose. These programs require a one year commitment each, are targeted at students between the ages of 16 and 24 and should be completed progressively. The programs (more detail in the Programs section of the site) include:

  1. Foundational Leadership
  2. Authentic Leadership
  3. Transitional Leadership
  4. Transformational Leadership

Through these programs we UNLOCK POTENTIAL, INSPIRE PURPOSE, DEVELOP PRODUCTIVITY and raise COURAGE to lead TRANSFORMATION!
